  1. Return Window

    • You have 2 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

      • Unworn or unused

      • In the same condition as when you received it

      • With tags attached and in its original packaging

      • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. How to Start a Return

    • Contact us at support@albahaarperfumes.com within 2 days to initiate your return.

    • We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back to us.

  3. Gift Card for Accepted Returns

    • Once your return is accepted, you will be issued a gift card for the value of your purchase.

  4. Damages or Incorrect Items

    • Inspect your order immediately after receiving it. If the item is:

      • Defective

      • Damaged

      • Incorrect (wrong item received)

    • Contact us at support@albahaarperfumes.com as soon as possible for assistance.

  5. Non-Returnable Items

    • Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

      • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

      • Custom or personalized products

      • Personal care items (beauty products, perfumes)

      • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases)

    • Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

  6. Exchanges

    • If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item for a gift card and place a new order for the replacement.

  7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

    • For orders shipped within the EU, you have the right to return your item within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  8. Refunds

    • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
